Julie A. Starr

Julie A. Starr, a Master Esthetician, Educator, Apothecary and Healing Practitioner, has specialized in the art of wholistic healing for over 27 years. Coming from a medical family, her father a physician and her mother a registered nurse, she too knew that she would be part of the healing field.

In 1984, Julie received her license in Esthetics and Aromatherapy, starting her interest in holistic healing. In 1991 she began her herbal studies and apothecary work. Choosing to live and raise her family in a more organic and natural lifestyle, Julie and her family moved from Dallas, Texas to Virginia, to homeschool her children and live off the land. After many years of living a wholistic lifestyle, Julie now travels and teaches as a keynote speaker at international conferences and private gatherings, passing on her knowledge of natural healing and wholistic living.

Julie is the Director of Starr's Esthetic Training and A Time To Heal and the founder of Hhy Mo'zen (life balance) Sessions. She is a recipient of the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Trainer/Instructor and Curriculum Development at Virginia Highlands Community College, Advisory Board Member for the Virginia State Association for Skin Care Professionals, the Virginia State Director for the National Aesthetic Spa Network, and an author and contributing writer for leading skin care magazines.

Julie is available to speak at conferences, retreats and gatherings. Working with an excellent reputation and confidence, Julie brings knowledge, passion and love to her clients and students.
